Recipe Developer (Pastry and Baking Focus)

Full-time -- Remote

We are looking for an experienced recipe developer with a strong background in pastry and European baking traditions. You will develop, test and document 4-6 recipes per month to La Cappella's production standards, working closely with our food writer and photographer. Candidates should have at least 3 years of professional or editorial recipe development experience.

Content Writer -- Food and Technique

Part-time -- Remote

We publish 2-3 long-form technique articles and ingredient guides each month. We are looking for a food writer who can translate complex culinary science into clear, engaging prose for a home-cook audience. A culinary or food science background is a plus, but excellent writing and the ability to research deeply are non-negotiable.

PHP Web Developer

Contract -- Remote

We need a PHP developer with experience on Hostinger or shared hosting environments to help us build new features and maintain the site. Familiarity with vanilla PHP, session-based auth and clean URL routing is essential. No frameworks required -- we work with plain PHP and vanilla JS.
