Refund Policy

Membership Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your La Cappella membership for any reason, contact us at info@lacappellapgh.com within 30 days of your first subscription charge. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
After 30 days, subscription charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancelled subscriptions retain access to member content until the end of the current billing period.
The 30-day free trial period is not subject to refund requests as no payment is taken during the trial.
Physical Products
Products purchased from the La Cappella Kitchen Store may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).
To initiate a product return, email info@lacappellapgh.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital content, including individual recipe access (covered by the membership policy above).
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery or are missing original packaging through customer fault.
- Food items, edible products or pantry consumables that have been opened.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund at your preference.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@lacappellapgh.com with the subject "Refund Request -- [Your Order Number]". Include your account email and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within two business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
