What is La Cappella?
La Cappella is a recipe subscription and kitchen equipment store. We publish 95 professionally developed recipes across 10 cuisine categories -- from classic French tarts to Asian noodles and everything in between. We also sell a curated selection of premium kitchen tools and equipment. A portion of our recipes are available free to all visitors; the full library is unlocked with a membership.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you start your trial, you get immediate access to all member recipes for 30 days at no charge. Your payment method is stored securely but nothing is billed until the trial period ends. If you decide La Cappella is not for you, simply cancel before day 30 and you will not be charged. There are no sneaky fees or hidden conditions.
What happens after the trial?
After 30 days, your membership automatically renews at the rate you selected -- $10.99/month for the Monthly plan or $99.99/year for the Annual plan. You will receive a reminder email before the first charge so you are never caught off guard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel directly from your account page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you retain full access to all recipes until then. You will not be charged again.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on membership subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your first charge, contact us at info@lacappellapgh.com and we will process a full refund, no questions asked. How many recipes are free vs. members-only?
Currently 47 of our 95 recipes are available to all visitors -- no account required. The remaining 48 recipes are locked behind a membership. Free recipes are spread across all 10 cuisine categories so you can sample every section of the library before committing to a paid plan.
Do you add new recipes?
Yes. Our recipe development team adds new recipes every month. Members always get access to new additions as soon as they publish. We also update existing recipes when we discover better techniques or ingredient substitutions.
What countries do you ship products to?
We currently ship kitchen products to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand to Canada and the EU in the near future -- sign up for our member newsletter to hear when that changes.
What is the shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the United States costs $6.99 per order. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout. Expedited shipping options are displayed at checkout where available for your delivery area.
Can I buy a product as a gift?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. Gift wrapping and custom notes are not currently available but can be arranged by emailing info@lacappellapgh.com before placing the order.
Are nutritional values provided for recipes?
Nutritional information for our recipes is provided as a general guide only. Values are approximate calculations based on standard ingredient databases and may vary depending on the specific brands, ripeness of produce and portion sizes you use. Our content should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified dietitian or physician.
How do I contact member support?
Email us at info@lacappellapgh.com with your account email address and a description of the issue. We respond to all inquiries within two business days. For urgent billing or account issues, include your order number and the subject "URGENT" in the email subject line.
