Ingredients
- 200 g 70% dark chocolate, chopped
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 120 g caster sugar
- 60 g plain flour
- Cocoa powder to dust
- Sea salt flakes
Method

Melt chocolate and butter together over a bain-marie. Cool slightly.

Whisk eggs, yolks and sugar until thick and pale, about 5 minutes.

Fold chocolate mixture into eggs, then sift in flour and fold gently.

Pour into a greased 20 cm tin and bake at 180 C for 18-20 minutes. The center should still have a slight wobble. Cool 10 minutes before turning out and dusting with cocoa.
