  • For choux: 125 ml water, 125 ml milk, 110 g butter, 140 g flour, 4 eggs

Method

Make choux pastry. Pipe a 22 cm ring and a smaller 18 cm ring, touching, onto a lined tray. Scatter almonds. Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes. Do not open the oven.
