Ingredients
- 200 g smoked chicken breast, sliced
- 100 g Emmental, julienned
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled and quartered
- 1 head butterhead lettuce, torn
- 1 bunch radishes, halved
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- For tarragon dressing: 1 tbsp Dijon, 2 tbsp tarragon vinegar, 5 tbsp sunflower oil, 2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
Method

Arrange lettuce in a large bowl or platter.

Lay chicken, Emmental, eggs, radishes and celery over the lettuce.

Whisk all dressing ingredients; season well.

Drizzle dressing over just before serving.
