Ingredients
- 80 g fresh spinach
- 1 cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1 green apple, cored
- 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled
- 300 ml coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- Small handful of ice
- Chia seeds and lime slices to garnish
Method

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.

Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness with a little honey if desired.

Pour into glasses over ice; garnish with chia seeds and lime slices.
