Ingredients
- 50 ml reposado tequila
- 25 ml Cointreau
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 10 ml agave syrup
- Fleur de sel and Tajin for the rim
- Ice
- Lime wheel to garnish
Method

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass; dip in fleur de sel and Tajin mix.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and agave.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until very cold.

Fill glass with ice, strain cocktail over. Garnish with a lime wheel.
