Ingredients
- 4 good-quality pork sausages
- 4 back bacon rashers
- 2 tomatoes, halved
- 200 g quality baked beans, warmed
- 100 g black pudding, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter or lard
- Salt and black pepper
- Thick white toast to serve
Method

Grill sausages 15-20 minutes, turning, until deep brown. Add bacon and black pudding for the last 5 minutes.

Grill tomato halves cut-side up with olive oil and salt for 10 minutes.

Warm baked beans gently in a small pan.

Fry eggs in butter basting with hot fat until whites are set and yolks runny. Arrange everything on a warm plate with thick buttered toast.
