  • For marinade: 4 tbsp white miso, 3 tbsp mirin, 3 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp caster sugar

Method

Whisk marinade ingredients until smooth. Coat cod fillets generously. Marinate at least 3 hours (ideally 24-48 hours).
